The House
The house boasts a breathtaking sun-drenched main floor with 16 ft ceilings, an open concept Dining and Living Room area (seats 8-10 people), a 80" Samsung TV with basic cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, along with a Sonos soundbar for TV watching and music, a Chef's Kitchen with large island, Miele stove, cooktop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, mugs, toaster, blender, coffee makers (Keurig & drip), cooking utensils and a laundry room with washer & dryer.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The house sleeps up to 8 people.
There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor: the "Master" with a king bed, 65" TV, dresser, closet, ensuite bath with double vanities, soaker tub & double shower; the "Middle" bedroom with a queen bed, 55" TV, dresser, closet, ensuite bathroom; the "Front" bedroom with a queen bed, desk, chair, dresser, closet, patio area, ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom/office is on the main floor with a queen sofa bed, desk, chair, closet and adjacent bathroom.
The Outdoor Space
The private backyard is an oasis with lush vegetation and landscaping; a heated salt water Pool with deck jets (23 x 11.5 ft); a Spa with 6 jets (5 x 11.5 ft); an outdoor Shower area; a shaded Patio Area with sofa, club chairs, fan & an outdoor dining table with seating for 8-10; a Weber BBQ with complementary propane for guests; 3 reclining lounge chairs and 2 Adirondack chairs for suntanning.
The Experience
We offer seamless, contact-free check in & out with each renter having personal access codes. The home has air conditioning, WIFI, 4 Samsung TVs with ROKU (basic cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV included). We provide fresh bed linens, towels, paper products, Bergman Kelly shampoo/conditioner & shower gel, dishwasher & laundry pucks, a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee makers (Keurig & drip), toaster, blender, dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, pots, pans & cooking utensils.
Our Location
We are conveniently located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale (Poinsettia Heights) and central to everything south Florida has to offer: 5 mins to the Beach; 8 mins to Downtown/Las Olas; 15 mins to the Airport (FLL); 20 mins to Sawgrass Mills Mall; 30 mins to Boca Raton or Hollywood; an hour to Miami. We are just 3 mins to US-1 (a 15 min walk) with everything you may need during your stay: groceries, restaurants, shopping, liquor stores, pharmacies. Bike rentals, boat tours & sight seeing excursions are also available for booking nearby.
Book With Us
We require a minimum 4 night booking to stay with us. Direct bookings are easy and secure you the best rate. If you prefer, the property is also available to book via AirBnb or VRBO, but you will pay the fees those portals charge.For direct bookings, we require your full name, address and cell phone number.
If you are a first time renter, we must also verify your identity through a credible third party site (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook). Once this information is provided, we will send you a contract for review and digital signature. No booking is confirmed until a contract is signed and your deposit is received.We accept Zelle and Venmo or credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX). If you choose to pay by credit card, the 3% credit card processing fee will be passed on to you.We offer seamless, contact-free Check In & Check Out. Prior to your Check-In, you will receive your individualized personal access codes for the property.Check-In is at 4:00 p.m. (or anytime later).
